Buick assures me that it is bad and only charged me a hundred bucks to let me know since they didn't even have one!

Now, where is it and is the entire dash going to have to come out to get to it? I know they left it in because the heater/ac will occasionally work from time to time.

Okay, let me ask the question in an easier form.

Can I see the blower ctrl module from under the dash? The typical legs over the back of the seat head under the dash position.

Starting to get cold in Tx and need to get the heat running.

The Chiltons manual for 88 to 96 Regal shows access to the blower from under the dash. It appears that once you remove the panel(s) from under the instument panel, the convenience center (looks like fuses and relays) and pull the carpet back you should see it. Their first step is to disconnect the negative battery cable. I'm not sure what the convenience center controls but I would not want to accidently launch the air bag.

    Good Luck
