    Question

What is the Best Remedy to free up Frozen Brake Drums? The Wheels Turn butI want to remove the drums to inspect the Brakes and to make sure the Wheel Cylinders aren't leaking. But the Drums have been removed since 1970 and are pretty much Frozen in Place.

I'd try backing off the brake shoes and banging the drums lightly around the area thay fit to the axel. Heat may healp also.
