Hey All,
Long time, no post.. but the Buford has been under a tarp while we in Cincy have been uder all this damn snow!
Anyway.. I was taking out my 50 fastback 46S for a trip to the grocery, and at the first stop sign.. the brake pedal went in... but never came back! (That is until I pulled it back by hand) She stopped great.. but it made for a really awkward drive.
I checked the spring, bled the brakes.. and checked the master cylinder (orig).. and all are OK.

Should the pedal spring back with nothing attached to it but the spring?
Also.. How the heck do I get it off the post on the frame? There isnt a grease nipple I can find, so I thought the pivot point could use a little lube, but I can get it off the frame!

Thanks all!
