Body Side Trim Holders

Ok....I had to remove a piece of trim that was hanging loose before the pararde tpoday and foudn that the holders actually seem to bolt through from the inside of the door. They are in pretty bad condition and need to be replaced. Does anyone have a supplier or an idea before I rip the rest of the trim off???

Daffodil was a blast, warm and sunny during the pre-parade car display on Main St....Got cloudy for the parade but lots were watching, didnt do thepicnic because the weather was cold...went home and crashed
