'66 GS Cowl tag decoding help

Hi all,

I recently purchased a 66 GS convertible and i'm having some trouble with the cowl tag info and wanted to know if someone could help. It reads as below:

03A 105
ST 66 44667 BAL 351 BODY
TR 198 F4 PAINT
R

EDIT: I have the paint color from the webpage, but I don't know what the interior trim or top color is as they are not listed.

Time build code, 03A = March, first week.
Year code, 66 = 1966.
Division series, 44667 = Buick (4), Gransport (46), 2 door convertible (67).
Plant code, BAL = Batamore MD, assembly plant.
Unit number, 351 = unit number assigned by fisher body (does not match any part of the vin #, and is not significant to identification).
Trim number, 198 = black vinyl bucket front seats.
Color code, F4 = lower body (F) is blue mist, and for the upper body (4) I can not find the code.

Thanks for the info Dr. I really appreciate it. I have been told by the previous owner that the orignal top on the car was baby blue but I can't validate this.

If the 66 stayed pretty much the same as 65, the #4 was a lite blue conv. top.

this is taken off my 65 gs new car order form.

Looks like I have this car now. Everything on the tag matches.
