    I bought a 1965 401.it has a 1957-58 3 speed with overdrive. I would like to change to an automatic.What automatic should I be looking for.thanks

    I think 64 to 66 Buick 364/401/425 trans will fit and have switch pitch converter or check out adaptors in trans/driveline section of this site. Any BOP patern t400/t350 may work. I'm a long way from an expert on this so this is just food for thought not the word of God.
