It seems the same questions get posted with some regularity. Obviously it'd be time consuming, but maybe you should look at an archive of common questions/answers with a search provision?
That is a good suggestion. There are a few archives available on the web board, but not much has been put in them. It is often difficult to decide wether or not to archive some items. I believe any moderator can archive, but am not sure.
Unfortunatly the people who repost common question will probably do so even with the "archive". The web board is searchable and they could search before posting. Because they fail to do so, probably indicated that they would not refer to the archive either.
