Compatability

Hello out there in Buick Land.

I have a 1973 Centurion Convertable with the 455 motor. I was givin this car by my Father-in-law and wish to make it new again. I am having that hardest time finding parts for this thing. The very first thing that I want to do is convert the front drum brakes to disk brakes. I have looked and can not find a kit. Are there any other models of Buicks that I could mide parts from? Does anybody have any suggestions.
