anybody know how to remove the backseat in a skylark ('69) amd how to access the inside of the passenger windows to fix them so they roll up and down again? By the way it's a 2 door coupe custom

I just registered, so answer may be old now,
but I believe you must unhook the front edge
of the rear seat cushion on both sides. To do
this, the seat cushion is pushed rearwards
and then lifted up. If done correctly, the
2 metal rods that are attached to the cushion
will lift out of the slot on the floorpan of
your car. The seat lifts out easily from here
leaving the rear seat back and seatbelts in
    place.
To access the window mechanisms, the rear
panels need to be removed. They attach with
plugs, as I recall, that are pulled out from
the lower part of the panel. The panel is
lastly removed at the top edge (at the window
bottom), just like on the front door panels.
It hooks on at the top and lifts off once the
    lower plugs are loosened.
Once you do this, I think that the crank
mechanisms are accessible through holes in
the sheet metal, as are the bolts that hold
    the mechanism in place.
(It has been a while since I worked on my '69
2-door Custom, so I am a little rusty on ex-
actly how this is done. Hope it helps a bit!)
