Trim pieces

Hi all I'm am new here and basically posting for a friend of mine in Sweden that has some problems with parts. So I got a couple of questions for you.
I'm looking for the 3 trim pieces that fits between the bumper and the trunk or rear valance these were made of plasitc or rubber I think Part #'s 16-79 947, 16-79 980, 16-79 981 ant help would be appreciated.
Also does anybody know if the same pieces from a 1973 Centurion will fit?
The car it is going to is a 1974 LeSabre convertible
