Go to www.replacementshocks.com and search for your application. There you will find KYB Gas-A-Just shock absorbers for the front and rear. For some reason I couldn't find these on KYB's website but they make them. Hope this helps.
Where on earth can I find new front shocks for a 1962 skylark???

Well it appears they dont make them. I did not call them but most companies make only the rear set. I would think if they had the fronts they would list them. Any more places to check?
Okay, okay. Try this. Go to Yahoo and search for "1962 skylark shocks." The second listing down you'll see www.replacementshocks.com and go to that. Once that page opens, scroll down and click on "Buick Skylark," scroll down again and click on "shock absorber" and that's where I found the listing. It's part #L4000-10932 that is said to fit the fronts of 54-83 Skylarks. For some reason if you start at the homepage and search for your application it can't be found. I hope this helps...again.
