Hood for a 1974 Buick Century needed

Looking for a hood for a 1974 buick century 4-door Luxus. Mine is in really bad shape.
Also, does a 73 Regal hood fit a 74 Century? Does anyone know of a place or book where I can cross-reference things like this?

The hood is GM part no 1251341. It was used on all '73-75 Buick A body cars and '76-77 Buick A body 4-drs. No cross was found to other GM brands.

The Buick parts books showing this item are on the www.gmpartswiki.com site. There is one for Buicks up '75 that was printed 4/83. The other one is for '76-81 Buicks also printed 4/83.

That site works best for entering just a part number to see what cars used it. I haven't been able to figure out how to search by description or browse the catalogs. (I have these catalogs on microfiche and looked up the hood that way.)

Salvage yards use what's called a Hollander manual to determine what parts will swap. These will find close matches that work maybe with a few mods.
