Can Resister plugs be used ?

My first post here. I acquired a '51 Buick Super, 263 cu in, all stock and original last November. I'm wondering if I can substitute the existing factory recommended AC46 plugs with AC 46R spark plugs without causing issues with the coil or condenser, etc ? My AC46 plugs look a little tired so I found a set of 8 NOS AC 46R on eBay. I couldn't find any 46 plugs. Dimensionally they are the same.

    Thanks guys !
