    Newbie looking for skylark

Afternoon everyone! Currently on the hunt for my grandfathers old 66 skylark vert, he sold it about 8-9 years ago and passed in 2015, it was what first got me into cars and was hoping to track it down, I have the VIN# but am wondering where to start, any help I can get is appreciated, thanks

first thing i would do would be to check CarFax.

your local DMV office can probably also run the numbers BUT it's also probably considered an invasion of privacy to be running numbers on cars that don't belong to you.
