This is the line I used when I told my wife I bought a 1940 Buick 50 Series
She is in good condition for her age. The Buick and my wife.
BUT,
The manifolds are off and the back stud was broken.
With the help of a fun little right angle drill attachment by Dewalt I was able to extract the broken stud.
I had the manifolds blasted and resurfaced the mounting faces.
Painted and test mounted the manifolds today. I can see why the back studs break now, the way this manifold
is formed. Time to fabricate.

One last note. The week before I purchased the Buick I had just closed on a 1939 House. I'm detecting a theme.
