4 barrel intake, full dual exhaust with crossovers and headers would be a good start.
getting the higher compression ratio ( 10.0:1 vs 9.5:1 ) would require a full engine rebuild and at that point you may as well go with custom pistons and cam.
getting something other than a Dynaflow behind the engine would probably do more than anything else performance wise. the Dyna is rather notorious for it's NON-performance. unfortunately, that would also require a lot of work.
