Hello everyone, back again, starting 1970 GS resto

Hello Buick brethren......I am looking for direction and advise on my following car:

1970 Buick GS, my mechanic is beginning the frame up restoration. I am looking to replace the engine wire harness and the interior wiring harness. I pretty much want a plug and play system. Also, the engine is from a 71, 350, 4bbl. Apparently it was switched back in the 70s, thus the original engine was taken out by the dealership. my intentions on this GS is to have it mainly stock, but would like options on what I can upgrade as far as any bolt ons for the engine, exhaust system, front suspension, and brake system to make it ride as comfortable as I can. But for now, just looking to find the engine and interior wire harnesses to get that going. prefer brand new and not deal with old wiring from other vehicles.

Thank you for the time and I'm happy to get back into my two other loves, (besides the wifey!) lol.
