the Buick 300ci is a pretty unique engine, only being produced from 1964-67. there are plenty of other engines in the family ( 215 / 340 / 350 / 1966-2004 Land Rover v8s and the V6 225 / 231 / 252 / 3.8L / 4.1L ) from which you can scavenge parts but piston, rod and intake options will be limited as the 300 is the only v8 variant with it's deck height. only the 340 and 225 share piston diameter.
4v intakes are pretty much limited to the OEM 1964 aluminum and OEM 1965 cast iron 'performance' variants before the 340 was introduced.
a 200r4 trans will bolt up and should be able to handle the power of the 300.
you could drop in an HEI distro from a late 70s Buick 350 or 231, although you might have to mod the air cleaner.
here's the 67 chassis manual:

www.TAPerformance.com is the major aftermarket supplier
www.AluminumV8.com specializes in Rovers and the older 215ci but can source some parts for you
the Buick Turbo 6 guys would be another group to check with.
here's the Hotrod article on using a 340 / 350 crank to stroke a 300 ( do NOT try using a 350 cam though )

obviously, the simplest way to get 350ci would be to just drop in a Buick 350.
this article was written for the aluminum 215ci but it might give you some ideas for working back towards your engine:
