    Question TH400 decoding

I have a 1970 Buick Stage 1 with a numbers matching engine. However, I can't find the 'BB' code on tranny. I can only find the code with vin. Anyone know how to decode so I can figure out what year its from?

Should find it on a plate mounted on the right side of the transmission near the back:
