1947 Buick I-8 320 ci. Engine.

This engine is a take-out from my project car. Chassis odometer shows just over 96k, so it has probably been re-built at least once. (confirmed by engine gunk vs transmission gunk) Compression checked good and even on all cylinders. I have a video of the engine running just before I pulled it from the chassis. Holds 40# of oil pressure. It seems the car was parked due to the engine quitting. I found, after a fair amount of head thumping that the engine had seriously jumped time. It wouldn't make any sound like an internal combustion engine. New timing chain fixed the problem and I unplugged the small oil drip hole to the chain.
I added the dual groove pulleys (need A/C here in Florida), and a few other things like wires to get it running.
I have more photos, but they were too large for the ad.

Asking $1200

I might have a shipping contact if you need one here in Florida.

I have a few other stock driveline parts for those who are into a pure stock restoration.

Jim
