    1963 Skylark Restoration

Thought I would share a couple of pics of the restoration on a 1963 Buick Skylark Convertible. Such an odd ball year, I never see them, I found this in a car storage facility 2 years ago, not something I usually buy, but the overall condition from Southern CA, with all of its parts in tact, I felt it needed some good love

Tried to put more pics up but seemed to be a problem.

In any drive train and suspension was done last year, this year stripped it down to metal, painted it, re chromed and polished stainless, working on interior too.

I'll try again to post more pics

Nice! Looks like you started with a pretty solid car.

Yes, amazed how clean it was, this is my second restoration project from Southern Calif, had done a frame off on a 70 Chevelle convertible from there, I felt guilty doing the resto, in comparison to my buddies restoring cars with so much rust. I did another Chevelle from Connecticut, had to change both quarters and outers wheel houses.

I would upload more pics to share but for some reason it's not letting me.
