67 Skylark (350) cuts off when I give it gas fast

Yeah, I have a 67 Skylark and I put a 350 in it, 2 barrel carb. It starts up good, idles good and the timing is right but when I press the gas fast, it cuts off, especially in gear. I'm thinking it is a vacuum problem. Thanks

I'd start with the accelerator squirters in the carb.

    what year is the 350?

i would expect the troubleshooting section of the 71 manual to be able to handle this question but we've also got a 67 and 75 if necessary.
