I think most 15x6 are 3 1/2", but there are other backspacings. You would be best to measure what is on your car. If you know the code of the rallys that were on your car, maybe someone could help.
I am looking for the width and backspacing of the 15 inch buick rally wheels. I'm trying to get my steel wheels made wider and I know buick rallys fit my car.

It depends on which Rallye wheels you are talking about. The big car wheels are mostly 15 X 6" and have a 5 " bolt circle. The small car wheels are 15 X 7, and have a 4 3/4" bolt circle. See attached wheel chart.
