sorry, but the GM 3.1L is a 60 degree v6 and not based on any Buick engine design.
the Regal from that period was equipped with the Series II 3.8L v6 which is a 90 degree design based on the Buick small block from back in the 1960s. we could help a LITTLE with that.
i would assume trading the Century in for a Regal would be less involved than an engine swap ... although a supercharged Century would probably catch a lot of people off guard!
