a big boat, noice!
the TH-350 and 8 1/2" rear keep the rotating weight down compared to the rest of the B / C / D-body cars ( which have TH-400s and 9 3/8" rears ) but the 2v 350 is pretty anemic even so.
simplest upgrade would be a 1970 'SP' code Buick 350 which was factory rated at ~315HP Gross.
your 1973 engine is only rated at 150HP, but you have to remember that 73 is after to the conversion to SAE Net ratings so the jump, while significant, is not anywhere near what looks like 165hp. the 71 2v was rated at 230hp while 1972 was rated at the same 150hp yours is, so that's 80hp just from the variant HP testing.
mid 80s Buick turbo 6 would probably also be much easier to swap than you expect, the Buick 6 is a variant of the Buick small block with two cylinders whacked off.
favored swap is the Buick 455.
