Smile Great site for Buick fans that live in the weeds

I have little access to Buick information so I am hoping that members will help me find production information on my cars

well, it would help if you would tell us what year you're talking about.

most of the Buick factory records have been lost, but there are a couple of years of production in the 1970s that can be VIN researched from the Sloan Museum in Flint. most other years we don't have anything but general production run numbers.

see the Reference! section in the top toolbar.

Sorry - the Buick I am trying to find more engine option information on is a 1965 Electra convertible with the Super Wildcat (2X4) engine - it would be grand if there was information on how many of this model was built with the Super Wildcat engine

It looks like there is no engine production information on this Electra:

I did find this information on the Rivera Club website:

The A-8 option was also available on the, Wildcat and Electra 225. I do not have productions figures for the Wildcat or Electra 225 with the A-8 option.
