finally got a 4 barrel question about linkage and vacuum lines

I have a 55 Special with the 264 Nailhead and Dynaflow Transmission, it's bone stock and ungodly slow. I finally tracked down a 54 322 manifold and a WCFB 4 barrel that decodes to 55 and 56 Buick. I'm pretty excited to put it on and see if the car will have some power. But it just occurred to me that the mechanical linkage from the gas pedal to the throttle lever on the carb maybe different for a 4 barrel as opposed to a 2 barrel. Is it? Also I have the vacuum line that comes from the distributor to the carb, will that line up of should I make a new line? Last question is I'm guessing it has a heat choke, does anyone reproduce the line for the heat choke?

Try to get the throttle rod and heat lines from a '55 Century.

    OK I will try.

New problem I just got the carb today in the mail, and the plastic choke housing is smashed into pieces. Doesnt seem to be any other damage to the carb, but where can I find another choke?

A manual operated choke, just to see if everything else works and till you can locate a replacement?
