Stuck brake pedal

Just looking for an idea where to start-'62 special, it rolls but brake pedal will not budge. It is 'up', but it wont depress at all. I put 'decent' pressure on it-not enough to bend anything-& it doesn't move even a hair. Car hasn't moved since 1985. Master cylinder? Is it rebuildable, or are there replacements out there? I'm not looking to update/modernize anything, must be like original.
Where do YOU guys purchase these type of 'old' buick parts? Been doing chevies for almost 40 years, i know where to get those. Buick is brand new to me.
