New to site and the Buick World

Hi there I am new to the site. I am from Kansas and have purchased a 1946 CJ2A Willys Jeep that some one along the line has placed a Buick 225 V6 engine in.
This is my first experience with a Buick product so hopefully all goes well.
I will post some questions about identifying the motor on hopefully the appropriate forums.

part of the reason why they swapped a 225ci into the Jeep in the first place is likely because Kaiser was using Buick v6s and small blocks for several years in the late 60s early 70s. heck, they may have gotten the engine out of another Jeep.

externally, the odd fire 225ci is the same size as the even fire 231ci from the late 70s on so that's an easy upgrade. the Buick 350 has the same architecture and mounting points although the deck height is probably an inch or so taller, so also a fairly easy swap.

1964 was the first year of 225 production
