out of 27 views on a "buick forum" no one has any ideas to my questions. that is disappointing
Good morning I am new to the site, wondering if ANYONE can help me locate a parts catalog, online parts store for all and anything available for my 71 lesabre convertible. I literally feel like I have exhausted all of my efforts, from old Buick to OPG to NPD its crazy. all of the big name Buicks have parts galore, have I made a bad purchase or just missing something.
PLEASE any help with a 1971 Buick LeSabre parts catalog would be greatly appreciated.
Oh one other question, would anyone know if any other GM makes have part that would fit this?

What are you looking for?
There are several parts books on ebay:

Depending on what you want, you will probably have to find used parts and restore them.

the Buick Le Sabre is a GM B-body and this generation ran from 1971 to 76. every GM B-body in this era can probably supply things like suspension parts, and the same will go for the other senior cars like C-body, D-body and E-body ( obviously excluding the FWD Toronado / El Dorado ).
you didn't tell us what parts you're looking for so ...
IF that is a 350 car, you've probably got an 8 1/2" rear end and there are a gazillion parts for that. aside from the width, it's the same as any other GM 8 1/2" with bolt in axles.
if it's a big block car, you've got a 9 3/8" Oldsmobile rear and you can't get anything for that but brakes and seals.

I have two 67 LeSabres and they can be difficult to find parts for. I believe that TA performance, oldbuickparts.com, The Buick Farm, CARS, all have a searchable online catalog, and I think oldbuickparts.com has, or at last had a downloadable version. I am on the internet almost daily searching for parts, much more than I had anticipated when I purchased the first one.
Parts: availability, cost and the domestic / foriegn made aspect make owning a LeSabre a labor of love because if you don't love it, the amount of time you will dedicate to it will not be worth the coin or the headaches.
I have found that there are few good reliable sources for parts, and even fewer good reliable sources of information on all things Buick. This site has provided me with many good repair tips and a ton of technical data. It is the first place I go for reference right after I check the service manual which can be downloaded from the reference section.
I found a couple of sites by searching "1967 Buick parts interchange" and I believe they were part of or links from salvage yards. In the case of mine, most of the parts interchanged from the same platform / same year - I have found that not to be of much bcause the part you need is available, or it isn't. This is why I bought a parts car.
Hopefully this is helpful.
