52 Super front brake dirt seal

I am rebuilding the front brakes on my 52 wagon and need to find the front brake dirt seal part#1303622 (6.038 on graphic, page 162-A of the master parts book). It's a felt gasket that goes on the backing plate for the front brakes. I've been trying to find this part for weeks now and no luck. Does anyone knows a resource for this? Maybe a place I can buy the felt material and make my own?

I'm stuck, this is the only thing I need to finish this job.
