    65 skylark GS

Has anyone used an after market bell housing in a 65 Skylark GS. I can't get a straight answer from the supplier if it is a fit without modification to the body.

I'm not 100% sure about the 65 lark GS with the nail but I'm pretty sure the ones eelco used to produce before they went out of business were almost a direct bolt on for my 66 lark GS "nail"..

I don't know exactly what your looking for, but Brensteins has one that's mostly bolt-on. Do a search for trans. adapters. As well as Quick-Time. No matter what you find it will be costly. Even an original.
