    Post Need help please 1968 Buick GS 400 Convertible

    I am looking at the trim tag for a car I about to complete the purchase of and here is what I have: Body by Fisher Tag
    11C
    ST 68-44667FL1 90011 Body
    TRIM 172 M-1

    here is what the: car is supposed to be 1968 Buick GS 400 Convertible with Factory Air, Automatic Transmission, power windows, center console, white with black top. I understand most of the tag but the "M-1" does not make sense. Yes the VIN matches the trim tag.

    any help would be appreciated

    Joe

    I think that "M" is the color code for burnished saddle paint.

    "1"is the convertible top color for white I think?

    172 = white bench seat.
