I'm brand new here cause I read a lot of great answers from you-all. I'm wanting to put a 1959 nailead 364 in my 51 Super. The 364 has the original Dyna-Flow tranny bolted behind it with the torque tube just like my 51. I can't find anybody that has done this. I can weld and fabricate but if you guys know the best way or anyway that would help. Than for reading.

Looks like you are the teacher here! Look at the 1960-61 service bulletin book put out by Buick, it shows all the dynas and gives some measurements of tailshafts, might help with fabbing. Suggest front clip removal for trial and error fitting. PM if parts needed. Have lots for that engine and some for car. Lemme know how it goes!

Thanks for the input. The tranny isn't really a concern as much as mounting the motor. I found mounts on line I can fab in and I can use the small starter to clear the steering box but I was just hoping to find someone who has been through all the problems I'm sure I'll find.
