    Just Another Newbie Here!

I would like to introduce you to Beulah, my 1948 Super 56-C, but the photo file is too large to include. Beulah under went a restoration sometime in the '80s, or early '90s. The, then, owner changed her paint to Royal Maroon from her factory color of Aztec Green. I wish to return Beulah to her '40s panache, but I'm vexed with decoding the manufacturer's plate. It reads as follows:

    BUICK [SERIAL No.] 4 4894503
    1948 MOD. 56-C
    STYLE No. 48-4567X
    BODY No. L 7857
    TRIM No. 44
    PAINT No. 25
    TOP ACC.
    BODY BY FISHER

I welcome any assistance in decoding this information. Thank for your time and attention.
    Sincerely,
    John Fuldner

but the photo file is too large

get a Photobucket.com or dropbox account. then you have pics as big as you want.

alternatively, you can d/l a photo editor like Irfanview and crop / derez it until it's small enough.
