1960 Buick Electra 225 - front shocks - please help!

Does anyone know if there are any correct front shocks for 1960 Buicks on the market? I have found rear ones from Gabriel catalog, number 82155, but nothing for the front. But on the other hand on eBay there are auctions with a set of front and rear shocks for 59-60 Buicks.

Rear shocks are the one I have found on Gabriel site 82155, but front shocks have part number 82087 and Gabriel catalog says they fit 1956 Buick and some 1961-1965, but not 1960, so I'm a little bit confused.

So are those Gabriel 82087 correct or not? Or are they any other correct front shocks on the market?

I'm also looking for front and rear coil spring insulators, any clues?

    Front shocks

I too have been looking for hydraulic front shocks for my '60 LeSabre convertible. The shop put on a pair of gas shocks obviously not made for this vehicle and it had a rough ride. I just happened to be on ebay and saw a pair of NOS front shocks made by Gulf in their original box for sale. They were reasonably priced so I bought them... they should arrive in a few days. That may be an option for you, too. I'm not sure I'm going to keep the gas-filled Monroe-matic shocks in the rear yet... I may just keep looking for hydraulic ones for that. Have u called jamco? I know they specialize in lowering but they may b able to get factory stance with hydrolic shocks. They get their springs and shocks made by a company in kansas city i think. I looked for thrm online but i cant seem to find them now. That comapny custom makes springs and shocks for anything. Hope this helps.

Thanks... I put on the Gulf front shocks and I'm satisfied with the ride now.
