The 455 engine i am working on now is a 70 block bored 30 over 10/1 compression eddy, heads and a 800 double pumper. The trans is a built TH350 and the rear is a 323 possi,Disc brakes all around so it should move and stop real good

    but i'm asking about the 350 v8.

if it's the 'SP' code engine, that was no slouch for a small block. it was rated at 315hp / 410tq.

even so, you'll easily best those numbers with a built 455.

expect the 455 to weigh ~150lbs more than the 350. you may or may not want to get some stiffer springs in the front end.

It was just a plain old two barrel no such luck,I have new 350 springs and shocks and with the extra weight i hope it sits a little lower
