1968 Buick Electra Convertible - body plate - need help

Hello! I'm trying to decode the body plate for the 1968 Buick Electra Convertible but I have found few difficulties. Is 02B the production date? Second week of February 1968? What about the paint code L-2? L is Medium Teal Blue Mist but 2? Is it the color of the convertible top? And what is FL1?
