    RnD Fabrication Radiators

I wanted to take a moment to introduce our company, RnD Fabrication. We build hand-made aluminum radiators that are bolt-in for many makes and models, and we build them all here in the USA using US-Sourced materials. We make them for stock applications, as well as engine swaps all the time. We will put the inlet & outlet in the correct location for engine swaps at no additional charge (including LS swaps with steam port), and we include a trans cooler at no additional charge as well. Here are links to our A-body radiators:

Also note that we offer a discount for forum members. Mention you found us here and we'll apply the discount.

Approx. $$$ for 2 row with 1.25" tubes for a '64 Riviera. Has 3/8ths. lines for oil cooler. Could send just a bottom tank for matching if nec.

Tom, does the Riviera use the same radiator as the A-Bodies of the same year? Or is it unique to the Riviera? I ask as I don't have a listing in our history specifically for the Riviera, but wanted to be sure before quoting. Please let me know.

I will take measurements & get back to you. For sure it's a down-flow & sure not for an A-body.

Got core measurements. Approx. 25 1/2" across, approx. 17 1/2" high, approx. 2 1/4" core thickness. 3 row copper/brass. When I had the original recored I used a higher efficiency, more fins per inch, & it did NOTHING for the water temps. I've had this car since new & today has over 300K. I rebuilt the engine in the early 70's & has about 200K now. It again needs to be re-ringed but I want to get the temp. thing straightened out before hand. Has a factory A/C shroud, 7 blade aluminum fan, 18 1/2", all molded hoses as original & NO A/C. This will fit MANY full size Buicks also. One problem is that the top tank needs to be rounded on the ends so there will be NO hood interference on the '63-'65 Riviera's. Full size cars I don't think it matters much.

would you be willing to send us your original radiator? If so, we can build a prototype from that which will be a direct fit bolt-in upgrade. I will also give a discount in exchange for helping us prototype it if you are interested?

Let me see what I have that's an EXACT match for what is the original in my car & I'll get back to you for the details.
