a 66 Le Sabre should have a 340ci in it, and those are rare as hen's teeth. they were only produced in 1966 and 1967. they're a taller deck engine than the 300 ( 1964-67 ) so while you can share many parts from a 300, the 300 intake would NOT do you any good.
any Special, Skylark, Sportwagon or Le Sabre from 66 or 67 MAY have the engine you're looking for.
an alternative is to just grab a Buick 350 ( 1968-82, the 1970 'SP' code 4 barrel would be best ). the Buick 350 uses a different valve order than your 340, so the 350 heads, intake, cam and exh manifolds are no good to you.
a Buick 455 wouldn't be that hard to put in either, although it would be about 200lbs heavier. no parts can swap with a Bu 455.
