New member with 1967 Buick skylark convertible and 1990 Buick Lesabre wagon

My dad always drove Buicks, so, that's where my interest came from. My first new car would have been a 1970 GS, but, I was working at a Pontiac dealership and got a deal on a ram air 111 GTO, So, I've had Pontiacs and Buicks since. The 67 Skylark convertible has factory a/c and 72,000 miles. A nice driver. The Buick wagon was bought new by my dad and only has 15,000 miles due to his passing. The wagon has always been in a climate controlled garage, but, the bumper filler panels are still falling apart. I have found some NOS panels, but, I still need the right front and the center rear. Any ideas where to get these? Also, the radio speakers fade in and out and have static. Is this due to losing the ground? How can this be fixed?

    Thanks,

    Mike
