very, very nice.
do you intend to build up any of the alum v8s? you can get modern parts off of the Land Rover v8, 3.5L / 215ci to 4.6L are fairly common ( 1967-2004 ).
I'm in Nevada and into 62 Buick Specials & Skylarks. I own a 63 Skylark Convertible which was my Mother's car since 1964. I restored it in 1993 and it's now my wife's precious love. I found a 62 Special Wagon some years ago and have undertaken a major project with it. I'm running a 87 Buick Grand national V-6 Turbo backed by a 2004R trans and a 9" Ford rear end. $ bars and air bags on the rear and air bags on the front give it some attitude. Going to paint this week but it's been all together and on a few shakedown runs and it's gonna be a handful! I purchased a spare 62 Special Wagon as a parts car so I have a ton of wagon parts if anyone needs some. I also have lots of parts left from the convertible. I'll be posting some parts on classified but if anyone is in need of Station Wagon parts let me know. looking forward to meeting lots more Buick fans.
