Hello! My friend has a 1954 Buick Roadmaster Conv. I was trying to decode the cowl tag plate, but I can't find everything. The paint 13 is probably Willow Green but I was wondering what Trim 76SB and Top B1 mean?

2169 = 2169th 4767 built at Flint
(total production was 3,305 for 4767/76C, convertible bodies were usually only built at Flint)

Trim 76 = Green Leather - Two Tone
S = accessory option code = Power seat adjuster - 4-way
B = top code = Black
(upholstery/trim related options were usually grouped together on the trim no. line even though there were separate locations for the top and accessory codes)

Paint 13 = Willow Green
