Hi. I have what I believe is a mid 70's Buick steering column, judging from the style of the knobs on the levers. In case you can't tell, the knobs are chrome with fluted lines on the knobs. The length has me puzzled as to what it fits though, since it's longer than usual. The overall length from the tip of the upper shaft to the tip of the bottom shaft is about 38.5". The column body length is 33.75". The length of the bottom shaft out of the column is 3". Does anyone recognize what this would fit? Thanks for any help. Here are some pics:

Thanks for your thought about it. Don't think it could be 68, since I don't think they have the key cylinder on the column yet in 68. I think 69 was first year for that.
I was thinking that some of the bigger Buicks from 71-76, like LeSabre, Electra, Centurion, might need a longer column than other B-bodies like Impala.
