Riviera 67 ignition relay

Anyone here who knows where the ignition relay/power window relay is located? I`ve got problems with my power windows.
Every time I toggle any of the switches at the drivers panel, something cuts the power feed.
btw instrument cluster fuse don`t have any electrical power

Found out today it could be the ignition switch that causes my electrical problems. Water temp light doesn`t come on when I crank the engine, and there is no current to the panel light fuse. Also turning the ignition key to `acc` and back again makes the starter motor want to spin.

Took out my ignition switch today. As I suspected it was the reason why my 67 Riviera have had electrical issues these last days. I`ve
enclosed some photos of my defective ignition switch.

Had same problem with ignition switch on my 64 Wildcat - chased my tail for a day trying
to diagnois the problem. same symptoms; turn key to acc and she tried to start
