Bumper chroming

I need some bumper chroming, basic (not show) quality. San Francisco area prices are getting outrageous. Everyone just quotes from a manual of some sort, no competition. I'm wanting to pay a fair price to small business, but have limits, and if I have more than one (which I do) expect some give and take. (I guess I watch too much Fast and Loud, Desert Car Kings, and South Beach Classics, where everything is negotiable). I'm thinking shipping out of state may be easier. Any good sources???
