    my 68 rivi

    hey fellas need some help. rebuilt my 430 motor and its running hot dont know why made some changes here are some of the changes.car 670 cfm, camshaft kit valve stems,water pump,msd distributor, pushrods,electric fuelpump 105 gph, pistons .030,just went through the engine now its running hot any ideas or suggestions will be greatly valued.

    what's the condition of the water pump housing? the housing is alum while the block is cast, this can cause electrolysis corrosion of the pump housing.

    condition / age of the radiator?

    i'm sure you replaced all hoses, right?

    Mando everythings new but the cast iron and aluminum might be a starting point so imma go there at one time i was told timing. just frustrating and thanks for your suggestions
