    Dynaflow Front Pump Seal

Im trying to replace my front pump seal on my 1954 Buick dynaflow transmisson. Im following the maintenance manual and can't seem to get the allen key off from the front of the tourque converter (it just seems to spin instead of loosen). I had to use an impact gun to get the hex plug and gasket off, so I might try that? Can someone help me out and give me some advice on how to replace the front pump seal on a dynaflow trans.

    Thanks, Dave
