Riviera Rear Window Grill
The lower window chrome should be removed. In addition to the lower screws you have access to and have removed, there are also screws at the top of the panel which may be hidden under the rear window - the bad news is: you may also have to remove the rear glass to gain access to these screws, the good news is: the screw holes are slotted, so you only need a few turns on each screw to remove the panel. You may also be lucky enough to find them hidden under the rear window glass seal, but be very careful as the old glass may crack or chip.
