Hi I have my 1975 buick 455 with 1970 stage one heads, in my 1979 firebird trans am. I'm going to be converting it from an automatic to the original T10 manual transmission found in the 79 trans am's. Anyways I have no idea where to start to find a fly wheel that will work for my engine, are all year buick 455 flywheels the same for the manual transmissions? And would I need to order a clutch for the 455, or the trans am? Any help would be great thank you

ta performance has flywheels, just about anyone has the clutch/pressure plate. About the only thing to remember is you have a 26 spline input shaft. I put a Super t-10 (if you have the original, it's a ST-10, NOT a T-10) in my 70 Buick Skylark.... used a hydraulic clutch, though, was a good upgrade
